U joint was in bad shape ( cracked, causing vibration when accelerating), I called Friday and they got me in the same day. They had it replaced with a transmission serviced by the next day. Thankfully I was able to get it done before anything catastrophic happened!

"I had an absolutely terrible experience with this business. I was given the run-around for eight months while waiting for a part for my Jeep. Communication was non-existent, and every time I followed up, I was met with excuses. To make matters worse, when I finally spoke with the owner to get an update, they used foul language and were completely unprofessional. No customer should be treated with that kind of disrespect, especially after being so patient for nearly a year. While the Jeep is finally fixed, the stress and verbal abuse were not worth it. I strongly recommend taking your vehicle elsewhere."

I can’t say enough good things about this shop. I was traveling from South Florida to Charleston late in the day when my car broke down, and after calling four different places with no luck, I finally got through to them. His wife answered the phone and was incredibly kind and reassuring — she told me to have my car towed in and promised her husband would take care of me. And he absolutely did. Not only did he fix the issue, but he went above and beyond to make sure my car was truly safe for a long-distance trip. He didn’t rush the job, didn’t cut corners, and didn’t try to upsell me on things I didn’t need. You can tell right away this is a business built on integrity. This is the kind of place that restores your faith in mechanics. They genuinely care about helping people, not just making money or creating more problems. If you’re anywhere nearby and need honest, reliable work — TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. Seriously.

Nothing but positive input for Al's. I contacted them by phone for an estimate to replace my clutch system on my 2002 F150. Nicky was extremely professional and courteous on the phone and provided a reasonable estimate immediately. They provided excellent service and communicated with me throughout the entire process. I needed additional work performed and Al overviewed all the work with me after completion. Completely satisfied. Mom and Pop facility with GREAT SERVICE!

First and foremost this guy knows his stuff!! Everything he said was so on point!! He was prompt during the hurricane aftermath. He arrived on time asked what was going on. Told us exactly what he thought was the issue and lord behold he was so spot on. He arrived ready with all his tools and got straight to work. So not only does he know his stuff he is absolutely extremely affordable. I was shocked. While the others we talked to wanted big $$$ just to diagnose the car. He charged us absolutely nothing to come to us! Yes you read that right. Not a penny! I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a true mechanic. We had to get our car towed to the shop. But that's ok we knew we had the right mechanic for the job! No more overpriced dealerships for us.
